Permanent monitoring of your mould

Each mould is stored with an identification number allowing recall of mould dimensions and original clamping force.

While Clamping

IMAG Technology detects any drops of your mold clamping force from the original setting.

Two cases scenario:

• The IMAG allows the mould to be securely clamped but will need some rework post production: Preventive maintenance

or

• The system rejects the mould because the minimum safety clamping force is not reached and the back plates need maintenance work prior production: Active safety
